      Pros

      Training is provided. Meaningful work that helps others.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care if you're scraping by because they make 3 times as much as you. Never enough hours to qualify for benefits. Some clients engage in aggressive tantrum behavior and you just have to suffer through it. Dense parents who can't be bothered to contribute to their child's development.

      Pros

      Used to be a great work environment. The clients are amazing and it's such a rewarding job.

      Cons

      Horrible company. They used to care about their employees and the clients but when they were bought out, everything was flipped on its head. The company only cares about making money. So many people left because they cut benefits, changed our pay, and began implementing Ethically questionable rules. Also, I was discriminated against multiple times and hr had to get involved.
