Pros

Kadiant is hands down the most ethical and supportive ABA company I have ever worked for. You get training and support from day 1 of being hired. In only 6 months of working at Kadiant I feel more confident as a clinician from the trainings and support provided. If I have a question or issue, it is always answered or solved within 24 hours. I see this level of support given for all levels of the treatment team, which has been great for clinical team retention rates as well. They even have associates who help keep compliance standards met, reminders for important assessment/report dates, and multiple quality assurance checks for reports. I can't recommend Kadiant enough!

Pros

Kadiant has incredible supervisors who are lovely people and easy to reach if you have clinical questions. Kadiant has program supervisors and clinical supervisors, which most companies don't have both, and they both come usually once a week to support you with your clients. The work is challenging but extremely meaningful and seeing client progress is so heartwarming.

Cons

Some time slots for clients are harder to get so it might be a little delayed to get full time depending on client availibility.
