      Pros

      I have been working here for 3 years now and I love working for Kadiant. I started off as a Behavior Technician and then worked my way up to becoming a Clinical Supervisor. I like working at Kadiant because I get a lot of support from my Clinical Directors.

      Cons

      There are not many downsides to working at Kadiant, the job isn't easy but no job is. I love working here.
