      Pros

      Kadiant is an organization that cares for it's people: team members, clients, families and the community. Kadiant's values are in alignment with my own, and I have witnessed these values guiding every day decisions made by every team member, from technicians and administrators to executive team members. The collaboration among teams at Kadiant and with the Behavior Analytical community is contagious. I am honored to be part of Kadiant!
