-bcba's &program supervisors very supportive - paid holidays - had 9 holidays off -paid 50 cents more to cover clients clients -PTO -supportive in self care

Cons

-bought out -bare minimum of what is legal for part time workers -only your 10min breaks -no holiday time in half pay -6 holidays -minimum pay wage to cover clients -wasting more gas to cover when your assigned a great distance from client to coverage -poor communication from the higher ups -no balance of work and home life -changes still happening

Cons

Kadiant was just bought by Attain ABA. They have increased our hourly rates but taken away many benefits that we used to have.
