Pros

Sessions can be hard but you are given the tools, support, and training to try your best and help your clients. You go in to work knowing you have the skills, or go in knowing you will learn them with support.

Cons

Abismal policies for benefits ( PTO accrual and days off were decreased)and tasks that do not have anything to do with direct client billing. Policies are always changing every 2-3 months. Policies are implemented with the goal of saving money at the expense of the workers. It is impossible to increase workload while decreasing approved work time (this can and does put pressure on staff to work off the clock).

Pros

Before the merger with Attain it was a strong company that valued it's employees and the company was dedicated to providing quality services. The incentive pay based on number of hours billed for BCBAs and RBTs is substantial.

Cons

Since the merger with Attain, Kadiant has adopted policies involving scheduling, sick time, and vacation time that are offensive to its employees. The morale of the company is extremely low, with the majority of the original employees having left the company.

Pros

it's a paycheck, they count on you staying for the love of your clients.

Cons

They are rapidly changing and they don't care what it means for their staff. since they were purchased earlier this year (for the second time in two years) the company is unrecognizable. if youre looking for a small company that cares about its staff, this is absolutely not it. also, if you're enticed to apply based on some advertised benefit, just know there is a good chance that benefit will be taken soon enough. the job I was hired for and the job l left were night and day, and I never would have accepted a new job with the current terms of employment. they bait and switched their employees, and don't seem to care.
