Pros

Great employees to work with. Kadlec is always thinking of Innovative ways to keep staff engaged. Safety always comes first not only for patients, but for all parties that enter the facility.

Cons

More formal leadership training to sculpt its future management. Not to many cons for this family oriented company. Great place to work!

Pros

I had a great first 10 years ,then the job position was eliminated. This affected over a dozen long term successful women. The care of patients I feel is top notch.

Cons

The Planetree philosophy was not applied to the employees. Employee voices are not heard by upper management. When the job position I and others were in was eliminated new jobs were to be made available. The way it was handled was horrible and for myself and two others we were put into a position with needed training that was promised and did not happen. They said they didn't have the budget but new hires were directed to training before being placed in their position. Sadly it became true that they replaced some employees with two less expensive ones.
