Pros

good company overall on the site side some property managers make going to work dreadful. They are rude and only care about bonuses they are not even responsible to earn should be shared. The spending is sole dependent on techs meaning if yall not fixing and keeping the property good and establishing relationships with residents they will not renew leases or refer. The property i was on residents dreaded going in office to deal with my co workers.

Cons

Not everybody is a bad person her some are genuinely nice good people!
