Excellent benefit package, promote work life balance, flexible work schedule, nice work groups, Relatively stable work environment, easy access to healthcare services.
Cons
Management did not do a good job on developing employees, did not provide them opportunities to grow. Career advancement is difficult in the company. Employees were not recognized by doing a good job. Promotion was not given to the best qualified staff. There are too much politic within the company. HR did not help employees to search for opportunities within the company.
