      It's a Fast-Paced Environment. Things move quickly, which can be challenging at first—but it’s also a great way to learn, stay engaged, and grow professionally.

      Working at Kaizen has been a genuinely rewarding experience. Leadership operates with an open door policy and is willing to listen to feedback - it's crazy how fast a great idea can lead to real change. The company is clearly committed to growing the company in a manner that prioritizes it's people and the communities it serves. You feel like your voice matters and that you are welcomed into the collaborative group to help build the Kaizen of tomorrow.

      There is room to improve processes and policies so they work at various levels in the organization. They could also prioritize training and development to touch more areas of the company than just front line sales.
