meeting some interesting people, especially the diverse groups of foreigners.
Cons
the company is so exploitative it's as if it's their mission statement. From appropriating African culture when they have no actual connection or generosity to Africa. Using the imagery of rare, almost extinct animals without any actual ecological or environmental concern. They exploit J1 students, forcing them to bunk to 4 per 150 square foot housing , housing that belongs to them, with rents that are FAR above the average market rate, and then gives them 20 hour work weeks. The turnover rate is extremely high even for the locals. No wonder they have to get outside people who don't plan to stay long anyway.
