Pros

None, to be honest. Not even the ones they pretend to promise as perks of working there. The Nelson's do seem like nice people, but...

Cons

Long Hours, TERRIBLE pay. Toxic work environment. Leadership is afraid of the higher-ups at Corporate, so they pivot away from supposed company standards, policies and practices. Constant turnover. No leadership or direction. No consideration or care for health and safety for staff - in the midst of the Pandemic, staff was FORCED to ignore safety protocols, masks, social distancing, basic cleanliness, occupancy levels and reporting of COVID-19 outbreaks amongst staff. "Push the door" mentality, quantity over quality. Corporate Management & Task Force incredibly rude, inappropriate and drunk at times. Malicious and violent threats were ignored by upper-management. No consistency in scheduling, staffing or execution - they would manipulate the schedule to avoid OT but still have staff work 12-14 days, then just cut shifts already scheduled OR utilize lesser-paid staff to perform tasks outside of their designated roles.

Pros

No positives while employed other than compensation

Cons

Family is unprofessional and unorganized. Management is noticeably frightend of the family. Some leadership are family friends of the owners and have no other experience, making them unknowledgeable about the industry. Operations are dictated by family on a day-to-day basis. Drama filled work environment. Poor training with new staff. Conflict of interest with directors dating associates, directors being best friends with associates making an uncomfortable work environment. Double standards throughout the workplace. Zero room for error resulting in reprimands rather than coaching
