Pros

They have good health benefits and an overall optimistic atmosphere.

Cons

There is virtually no communication between departments. Managers do not support employees and do not give them the ability to make their own decisions. All decisions come from the top down. There is not accountability and most are give responsibility but no authority.

Pros

Great to work around students that want to be there. Lots of good employees. Good benefits with time off and medical.

Cons

Low pay compared to colleges around Michigan, you have to be willing to dicker with them when you start or you will never catch up because they will not give you a raise later to catch up. Top heavy, too many chiefs and not enough indians I've heard others say that also.

While they have some very high quality people, there are also difficult personalities who've been allowed to hang on for a long time without changing
