Pros
Being fully involved in the end to end life cycle of software development is great. I can see my ideas come to life and how they make an impact for our customers once they have been implemented. Good ideas are usually listened to an acted upon. The people who work here are enthusiastic and work hard. Everyone is very friendly and there is a real team feeling. There are social events and two company parties a year (at Christmas and in July) that are heavily subsidised. The company offers flexible working hours and the ability to work from home. There is also a flexible benefits package that allows you buy and sell holiday and also get great discounts on a large selection of retailers, holidays, cinema vouchers etc.
Cons
Parking is limited in Cirencester and it is best to get public transport or drive in early (If you start early you can finish early due to the flexible hours).
