Kallidus reviews

Since week one, I have been constantly impressed with the way people really try to help one another. This makes the atmosphere calm and productive to work with. I have seen a lot of companies portraying some nicely looking values as their own, however with Kallidus it was the other way around. The company has always been people oriented and this can be seen by the periods for which some people have been working there (over 10 years). Management has been putting an effort on hiring quality people and have even added a personality test in the hiring process. Coming back to the values: after a long period of getting the proper people to make up a great, friendly and almost family-like team, a few years back we just put to paper the essence of what makes Kallidus the place it is, and ended up with the company values.

* The pro's are without a doubt the people. A lot of good, kind people work hard here who care and provide support to one another when needed. * Innovative and creative, great products. * The company pays for parking. * There is a nice feeling around the office which makes up for a lot of things. * The office vibe is creative, young and fun. * Management are seen to be fair and not judgemental. * There is no feeling of hierarchy, so you don't have to be on tiptoes- the general feeling is we're all human and treated with mutual respect. *Kallidus is very obliging when you need to work from home. * The CEO is very informative about the business and ambitions. * Dress is smart casual, so you can be comfortable and at ease- emphasis is on your achievements not your appearance. * Social events have been fun, could probably do with a few more, it would be great to have the option of a hotel room so no-one has to travel especially as people live so far and wide. Also an annual family event would be a huge benefit. * I feel strongly that if you work hard for Kallidus… Kallidus will work hard for you.
