Pros

This is a very social company with regular socials and out of work activities. It is a lovely office with well rounded employees. The company itself looks after employees well and rewards hard work.

Cons

Parking is a bit of a problem, as there is no on site parking available. I know this is a very small con, but one nonetheless

Pros

My team are located in a smaller, satellite office, which has a great atmosphere and everyone gets on well, creating a good working environment. My interactions with upper management have largely been positive, which is a good experience and exposure. The office is in a good location and the job role comes with the expected benefits.

Cons

There isn't specifically any 'cons' to working at Kallidus, but no work place is perfect. It would be a case of getting the little things right, consistently.
