Good progressive company on the right tracks

Pros

Most of the people are really friendly and helpful. There is always somebody there to give help and advice when needed. Team support is really good. Communication in the form of monthly staff meetings has improved over the last year or so and this enables you to keep up to date with the majority of what is happening in the company.

Cons

The office environment can be really noisy at times when a lot of the departments have all their staff in the office, but I do realise that management are trying to sort this out.

One of my better employers, not perfect but a good place to work overall

Friendly, flexible & un-bureaucratic culture as you'd expect in a small IT business, with an approachable management team. The company is genuinely customer focused, and always looking to drive improvements, results are achieved through working hard, collaboration and intelligent decision making.

Cons

Not enough parking on site or nearby, and the open office environment can get very noisy when a lot of people are in . Opportunities for progression in some areas can be restricted due to the size of the business, and a lot more is expected from limited resources in some parts of the business compared to others.
