Very customer centred, understand the importance of good communication, and know that a good product and customer excellence will always outweigh smoke and mirrors . Kallidus are always keen to get feedback from employees to make the products and processes better. Remote working an option.

Cons

limited office locations at present, scattered employee base, so socials can be challenging

I work within a great supportive team. There is plenty of opportunity to further yourself. Very forward focused and not afraid to try new ideas and technologies. Good communication across the business which makes feel part of the greater whole. Good job security,

Cons

Parking can be an issue. The office layout isn't perfect but improving.

They say culture eats strategy for breakfast. Kallidus has something you cannot bottle and now certainly have a clear path for the future. It is exciting times and joining the team now is something I would be excited to do,if I had my time again. Working with other driven, motivated and talented individuals with an opportunity to make your own mark, with plenty of progression if you make it for yourself.

Cons

We need to make more noise about all the innovation in the company. We built Netflix style content delivery before anyone else, we’ve got an AI engine we’ve built with Microsoft and the world needs to know!
