Pros

Good opportunities for career growth. Flexible working hours. Great people. Good regular communication to employees.

Cons

Cirencester is a bit off the beaten track for young graduates, but there is now an office in Bristol, which addresses this issue

Pros

Competitive salaries, tangible bonus schemes based on company wide and individual performance. The company is small enough that individual success stories are celebrated company wide. Bi-annual staff parties that are normally fully subsidised (if its been a good year) Transparent communication regarding company objectives, targets and performances. Everyone gets a £20 amazon voucher for Christmas. Nice touch!

Cons

The area of Cirencester has minimal parking after about 8am, you could end up walking up to 10 mintues from your car to the office. The office environment could do with updating, though measures are currently being taken to improve this.

Pros

Stress free working environment, Very relaxed and friendly Forward looking both in terms of product development and technologies used, for example a recent move in to the world of machine learning. Ability to work on multiple products keeps work varied. Good balance between new product development and BAU. Feel like you are a person rather than just a commodity. Views are listened to and respected. Market salary and a few employee benefits Travelling to the Cirencester office is quick and traffic jam free

Cons

Above average working week (though you are rarely, if ever, expected to work more than the contracted hours). Benefits package is good but can't beat bigger employers with the same type of job. Cirencester building suffers from lack of space including car parking and is old despite attempts to make it more modern feeling. Old style approach to performance management though currently this is not an issue, but has the potential to be. Ability to work from home when needed.
