Hostile work environment, expected to live there, sexism and bullying, exploitation of young adults looking a job (super cheap wages and no benefits), racism and bigotry, not giving the advertised wages, keeping people at the starting rate, NO opportunities for promotion or advancement, unprofessional management, unreasonable and unrealistic expectations, favoritism, random write ups, random firing of experienced employees for cheap new hires.

Very team focused and communication is done at a high level for work tasks. Focus on innovation is high.

Cons

Very sided on views of how people should live their lives. Individual appreciation for work completion is low and could be improved. Innovation focus can be misdirected sometimes to benefit internal expansion.

Pros

Some people there were great and super nice. My supervisor, in partivular, was great to work with. He was helpful and supportive. Job was fairly easy.

Cons

It's a poorly rum company where employees were underpaid, underappreciated, and overworked. Nepotism was very rampant. The CEO and the top management were all incompetent, dysfunctional, and CHEAP. There was no training, the work was not challenging, only the volume of work increases. I felt like I was getting nowhere so had to quit and look for employment elsewhere.
