Pay is good. Work is always available. Benefits are great. How much you want to learn they will teach you.

Cons

No shift differential. You make the same on 3rd as you would 1st. Mill keeps growing in orders no incentive program for the mill workers.

Steady work no layoffs,good uniform and work boot programs.Medical great.

Cons

Pay sucked,got pay raise when they thought you were good enough.Work environment left much to be desired.Supervisors had their little mouses running around.
