Like any startup, there are uncertainties and aggressive deadlines. High risk, high reward!

Kalshi's mission is actually socially valuable and the problems being solved are genuinely novel. You get a lot of ownership and learn a lot compared to a larger more established business

Cons

Normal startup stuff, everybody's learning and working hard
