Pros

- Flexible hybrid model, flexible work hours - Direct access and collaboration with the co-founders & leadership (i.e. you're "having an impact", as cliche as it is) - Great office location & free food - Leadership actually cares about you enjoying your work. The metrics attached to that work and your success are clearly defined, which is immensely helpful for your day to day. - Generally fun, kind people to work with. Fostered incredible environment.

Cons

Kalshi is going places. Quickly. This is the perfect place for you if you're a self-starter ready to get on the wild ride.

- Vision is broad and expansive: literally revolutionizing the financial system - Lots of ownership: you can own things end to end, even if you're super junior - Extremely smart people around you. Well above average for a startup or even hedge fund. - Hard-working, no BS culture (pro for me) - Very startup-y feel: low on process, low on administration, it's all about getting stuff done

- Virtually no onboarding period - Too may things to do at once sometimes
