      Plenty of miles to run. The office staff cares and works hard to get it done. Good paychecks

      Some last minute changes to meet customer needs but that happens in transportation

      Wow sitting here thinking about it there really was no pro.

      Cons

      Not organized, dirty equipment, communication, trailers are pretty much old and junk.

      Pros

      I work for dedicated services through Kam-Way and must say this is the best trucking company I have ever worked for. I have a "Lane" so to speak ...Los Angeles to Blaine Wa and back to Los Angeles (home) from Tuesday to Saturday. And stay home sundays and mondays. I started out at a pretty good cpm with them and continue to haul produce with this outfit .

      Cons

      Haven't received a raise since I've been here (17 months) and there is no 401k as of yet. Higher detention could be paid out also
