Kaman Aerospace was willing to take risks on inexperienced or entry-level employees.

Cons

Kaman offers very low salaries compared to the market for most positions, and is a stress pressure cooker. Leaving on time will garner the ire of your coworkers, though very few white collar employees are paid hourly, so no overtime pay or other compensation.

It's job security, they don't fire anyone.

Cons

They do not have a PLM system. Do not have a SAP system. All data entry, tracking, engineering and otherwise is manual. Leadership changes direction consistently. Lack of direction. "If it's not broke, don't fix it" mentality.
