Pros
Bringing in new managers and directors increasing the overhead while letting skilled hourly employees leave. Really good at parts shortages and not maintaining equipment needed to manufacture products.
Cons
No tool maintenance Lack of properly working tools to complete tasks Miss emplemetation of engineering changes (can't complete FAI's and EC's while watching Netflix in cubicle) Poor planning and foresight Lack the ability to recruit production talent Parts shortages and contractors with poor workmanship makes hitting ship dates difficult with re work. Switch vendors to save money vendors deliver non comforming parts. Switch back to previous vendor at mark up. Poor planning creating critical shortages and having to pay expedite fees.
