Fast faced environment with a friendly blue and white collar staff. Fellow engineers always willing to help. Solid body of work.

Cons

Very much a good old boys club environment. Middle and upper management often chosen not based on experience but simply because they were the next in line.

They pay you $18/hr and the other two techs $27/hr.

Cons

Horrible management, Unsafe work environment, under the table deals, steal, zero morales and ethics. Very clickish, "good ol' boy's", only care about the bottomline and zero career advancement unless you threaten and or quit. BEWARE!
