Pros

Decent healthcare coverage and I like my co-workers.

Cons

We have been understaffed for years. Everyone is doing the work of atleast two people. Raises are small. Employee moral is low.

Pros

A lot of good colleagues, corporate building is nice, cafeteria is decent, the campus is impressive. A place where you can feel pride in the history of the company and the aircrafts of past and present.

Cons

Only favorites get promoted, culture and morale have completely plummeted. Often you will be overworked and under-recognized, yet other people will barely put in any effort and be awarded multiple promotions. Software is outdated, management & HR is very old school. Company policies will make it hard to compete with UTC, which allows for a more flexible workplace, work from home, etc. Bonuses and comp need to reflect hard work, not just a flat %, etc.
