Pros

Kaman is one of the best places to work in the Northern CT / Western MA area. The employee s are great (other places have great employees) and the management is very supportive. You don’t have to waste your time on useless tasks and can concentrate on work that is meaningful. Work life balance is better than most.

Cons

Salaries are not as high and vacation starts at 80 hours
