Hard work is recognized; opportunities to advance or try new roles; company is starting to do exciting things in recent years (technology, acquisitions, new branding). Smaller company makes it easier to get to know people.

Cons

For a smaller company, there has been a lot of change over the last ~5 years and it seems like the management structure is always changing.
