Pros

I am currently working at KANNACT as a health coach for over 2 years now . I've had the opportunity to work with some very talented individuals and be a part of this company’s growth. If you are someone who has a true passion for helping people within the healthcare field in a non clinical practice this is a great opportunity.

Cons

like any other company going through expansion and growth there are some growing pains.

Pros

GREAT benefits, above average salaries, flexible work schedule, low stress environment, and a young & educated work staff! I started working for Kannact in 2019 in a sales support role. I expressed my career interests to my manager and CEO and they were both very supportive and eager to satisfy my employment wishes. This company is still in the 'start-up' phase! If you are looking for unlimited potential and the opportunity to grow with a wonderful company, then this is your best bet!

Cons

Very fast-paced and you must be open to fulfilling various roles when needed. If you don't work well with a team, then this is not for you.
