Market Opportunity, there is potential but no way to act on it because of the management

If you see a 5 star review its from the management or those who naively keep lying for the company and are either directly connected to the company and also investors. The biggest problem this company has is the CEO. Remove the CEO and fire all family/friends whom have been there since the beginning and this company could turn around. All of the negative reviews are spot on. - No culture or values - Lying and misleading employees - Management that have not place being there - Leadership unable to listen to feedback - Late paychecks - The list could go on and on.

Pros

Employees are good, hard working people.

Cons

Everything else. Pay is always late, and you find out about this halfway through the day you’re expecting to get paid. Communication is nonexistent, but management is quick to deflect blame and put it on operations staff. Daily reprimanding, mostly through condescending emails. Lots of micromanagement and taking credit for others work, while not acknowledging good performances. No room for professional growth.
