Pros

Off street parking - that is the only pro here - can think of NO other Pro's with this company living in the dark ages.

Cons

Glorified Kindergarten! Management top heavy, play favorites - if you are one of the few chosen favorites you can get away with ANYTHING - if not - micromanaged to death, favoritism runs high here. Seriously- don't bother - pass on by! Management and HR here all about protecting the managers - you complain you are written up or fired- Beware!

Great ownership, cool building, great team members

Cons

IT mgmt is out to clear the current ranks. The new CIO wasts all the current staff to be gone, and he is driving away some of the new hires. Making promises he doesn't intend to keep.

They will not terminate you no matter how terrible you are at your job.

Cons

Great for interns and people straight out of college. Other than that most of their employees lack professionalism and the company does not pay well at all.
