      Stretched thin, messy leadership, lack of morals

      Pros

      Constant learning, specially for engineers earlier in their career. Opportunities to work on exciting work "open communication from leadership", even if it's disingenuous or half truths

      Cons

      Constant change of C-suits Lack of resources to do the work replaced by offshore engineers without that just meant more work for core team. Constantly changing priorities. Lack of morals

      Pros

      There are a lot of genuinely skilled and dedicated people. Everyone is approachable and willing to help. Generally a flat corporate structure where you aren’t micromanaged and you are able to make your voice heard.

      Cons

      It has taken a while to get here, the past four years were rough but for the past year it finally feels like there is some stability again.
