Pros

Kantata was formed by merging two PSA companies and after a short period of changes internally, we are now growing and accelerating ahead. Culture is the best I have found in my professional career and people care about each other. The office life is really fun, and we socialise a lot. Work is hard but it's purposeful and there are many opportunities to grow and learn. if you like tech, strong work ethics and fun in between crazy day tasks, you would fit right in.

Cons

Workload could be lower, however, it is temporary while newer members of the team are ramping up.
