Coming to Kantata (pre-merger), I knew I would be taking a more entry level role than what I had been in for the previous few years. But, I did so knowing that the potential for growth would be incredible. The people and the culture they cultivate are amazing! Our product has thrived during the pandemic, as people enter a remote-work world where collaboration from not an office is more crucial now than ever, Every single person has put in everything they have to accomplishing all our goals, and have still been supported to take time off, spend time with family, and have a true, unadulterated work-life balance.

Cons

Like literally anywhere else, pay could be a bit better, but overall fair compensation.
