1. The R&D team are exceptional in all ways, we have built truly great products over the years which we are all proud of. 2. Kantatans have rolled with the changes and are now seeing the benefits of the two companies merging. 3. Work / Life Balance

Cons

Teams are global which introduces challenging time differences, but that can also lead to flexibility in working hours so is not really an issue for me personally.

The company is pro-employee. They really value their people and always think of ways to make sure the employees are happy and have activities outside their job. I love how the people are so diverse. The people you work with are so genuine and are always willing to lend a helping hand when needed. Pay is also good compared to other companies I worked with in the past.

Cons

I can't think of any right now. So far so good for the last 10 years that I have been working in the company.
