I love how I managed my work plus life while working here. First time to encounter a company where Managers are very supportive. They definitely help you grow as well. Perks and incentives is a plus!

When you have a job, you always tend to sacrifice some or maybe most of the precious moments in your life. In any job, it is easy for us to be overwhelmed with our workload. But, here in Kantata, I admire how they value a work-life balance. It is easy for a company to take advantage of employees who need their job, but here in Kantata, they offer ways in which they can help their employees with their workloads. I was able to see how we can easily express ourselves and asked assistance whenever we need it. I am amazed at how the company also expresses its gratitude to its employees, recognizing our effort to make the company as successful as it can be.
