Pros
Kantata is poised to be a leader in the largely underserved professional services market. It has a great work/life balance; you can choose to work remotely, hybrid, or in an office (if you live close to one). Although seemingly chaotic at times, there are many opportunities to improve what came before and to have a direct impact and the teams with which you work. Where Kantata really shines is the people you collaborate with and work alongside. Company genuinely "puts people first" and promotes a culture of feedback. Ample opportunities for growth and development—although in some departments more than others.
Cons
Lots of challenges due to company growth and merger between Mavenlink and Kimble. Attrition of seasoned leadership have led to temporary setbacks and process gaps that are being addressed. The Product and Engineering teams are actively working to bridge communication gaps and ineffective work processes. There is also no shortage of work to be done, but the problems to solve are interesting and I'd rather be busy than bored.
