Pros

Kantata is a great place to work with lots of growth opportunities for employees. The company values are solid and the executive teams does a great job following those values and setting the stage so all employees can utilize them on a daily basis. The culture is what’s leading Kantata’s success. As they continue to “put people first” and truly take care of their employees while offering solid professional development training the growth will continue.

I have met some great people and leaders while working here.

Cons

New Leadership under merger is poor. There is zero transparency and leaders consistently tell you things are good when its very apparent they are bad. This rubs people the wrong way. Multiple cease and desist letters have been sent to firms to which people have left. It is a very unfortunate tactic to get people to stay and is a form a bullying. Leadership leads with ego and never listens to the firm for feedback.

Pros

Right now is an exciting time to be at Kantata following the merger of Mavenlink and Kimble. There are plenty of opportunities for employees to grow along with the company. The people at Kantata are also great. Everyone here is extremely supportive of one another and the collaborative culture makes it easy to work together. I am definitely thankful for the great coworkers I have here!

Cons

The company has moved to a hybrid work model with a majority of employees working from home. As someone who values face-to-face interaction, not being able to go into an office and chat with people is sometimes difficult. "Zoom fatigue" as some might say.
