Pros

Great co-workers, very competitive benefit package (including pension and vacation time), overall job security as it is a lean organization, great products. Also, it's a global organization that is large and has presence, but it's not too big- meaning that you can truly have a positive impact on the organization, you don't get lost in the shuffle.

Cons

Kao is a growing global organization, and there are some growing pains associated with that (structurally and process wise). There can also be stagnant career growth, depending on what department you're in (low employee turnover sometimes means less opportunity for growth).

Pros

- motivating leadership that rewards hard work - good internship program and common to get hired on - a lot of training offered - team based so it's not as stressful since you're not directly competing against coworkers - a lot of growth within the company - hard work will pay off and you will move up the ladder

Cons

- sometimes it can take awhile to get the promotion, but those who work the hardest are rewarded

Pros

The company has a very "small" feel and they talk a lot about their entrepreneurial management style which basically means no one can make a decision.

Cons

No long term planning, very poor upper management leadership and no one willing to take a risk and make a decision. I'm not sure how they've stayed in business for as long as they have.
