Great environment, your fellow employees are personable and great to work with. plus the cafeteria has some of the best food i've ever had.

Cons

if you're a contractor there is very little in the way of getting hired on as a kao brands employee.

Pros

This company promotes balancing work and personal/family life. They understand life happens with family. There are many career paths and options available to employees; both upward and lateral. The company is truly interested in the career goals of each employee. The company allows individuals to take advantage of new opportunities offered with business and financial growth. The company tries to recognize individuals and groups for outstanding efforts and innovative ideas utilizing various methods. It's nice that the CEO is approachable and gives monthly financial updates to employees.

Cons

There are times when groups are rewarded/compensated for overcoming or resolving issues that should not have occurred initially. The company frequently restructures the organization making it easy to get lost in the promotion shuffle. There are times when senior management "ignore" employee morale issues brought about by utilizing the "Peter" principal instead of actually handling the problem with the manager at their current level.
