You can go home at the end of each day knowing you have improved outcomes for young children — so cool!! The company supports the field of early childhood education — from thought leadership to sponsorships and donations. The corporate culture is extremely entrepreneurial. Leadership team is largely female and embraces teamwork and collaboration; individuals are encouraged to expand their knowledge and skills. Work-life balance is embraced.
