I enjoyed the actual classroom experience and getting to know my students, but prepping for your first course takes so so much time it is only worth taking this job if you plan to teach at least 3+ courses. Not a good gap year job.
Cons
As offices are closing and management becomes internet-based, you don't feel as much of a community.
Pleasant and professional co-workers. Courteous and respectful students. Building rewarding relationships with students. Flexible hours. Clear communication between offices helped when moving from one city to another.
Cons
Low salary and inconsistent hours. Demand for the LSAT is declining with law school applications in general, so in the near-future, there may be fewer opportunities for part-time work.
