      Great Company with Exciting Science!

      Pros

      There are great pockets of really smart, great people trying to help the company change and grow in meaningful ways. Management supports and encourages employee events such as weekly happy hours, team building activities and annual retreat. Daily lunch, snacks & drinks are provided. Health benefits are 100% paid for employee and dependents.

      Cons

      The usual problems that every small company suffers, start-up growing pains.
