Amazing Technology Applied to Critical Medical Unmet Needs

Robust top-quality technology and science, a very unique analyte in microbial cell-free DNA (separating itself from other NGS platforms that require tissue for detection) tons of potential for transformative clinical studies applying the platform to important problems in infectious diseases and medicine.

Cons

The platform is broadly applicable to a wide range of clinical diagnostic dilemmas in infectious diseases - choosing is difficult.

Losing momentum

Pros

Science and technology sound good on paper but are not useful yet. Very expensive test with not much value. Lots of perks and gifts for team members- almost too many.

Cons

Senior and middle management teams are not competent and need to be changed. HR laid off many people for Covid reasons but are hiring replacements. Employee morale is low and churn is high. Business is not doing well overall.
