This company is inundated with inexperienced management on every team. The CEO is unilaterally fixated on dinner programs and cancer patients to influence testing, “medical science liaisons” pretend to be medical affairs but are actually on sales incentives and there are unqualified VPs who gossip incessantly. Narcissism and unregulated egos ruined the company. Managers lead with an authoritative leadership style, treating employees with disrespect and micromanagement. HR is aware, but they turn a blind eye as they are more focused on responding to reviews on Glassdoor. The toxic work environment and/or lack of promotions for successful, qualified employees led to constant sales turnover and the loss of star employees. Most team leads are now inexperienced in their positions and blame employees to hide their own mistakes. The positive reviews from this site are from managers —- they post anonymously to recruit top talent with no interest in treating these individuals with respect and commendation. It’s obvious that Karius is just hiring for a new bunch of individuals to mistreat while leadership lines their pockets and takes credit for ideas. Don’t fall for the statements of growth potential and positive culture; it’s a lie. A lie that they will keep telling you until you decide to leave and they hire another fresh inexperienced person to mistreat and fill your spot.
