There was absolutely no help from upper management. They refused to pay vendors so we could not get skilled labor to the property. People refused to service us because they were owed so much money. They tried to force our maintenance men to do work that was illegal for them to do to save money and ended up causing a lot of dangerous issues for the tenants. People had roofs totally caved in and literal mushrooms growing out of their walls and floors due to moisture. When they purchased the company they did not do a clean job with the accounting and illegally filed evictions on over 200 residents. Due to the frustration, many tenants started to cause damage to the property and set the garbage cans and dumpsters on fire. It was the absolute most dangerous and unethical environment I have ever worked in. It did not seem like this should be legal in the United States.
