I had one good corporate manager who they then moved to another area because he had our backs too much

Cons

Absolute high school style drama! Was promised all sorts of great incentives when the company took over our property. Ended up being a drama filled, favoritism club. Super passive aggressive, unreasonable demands yet won’t allow overtime to complete the work. Received approval to skip lunches to get the job done and then was reprimanded. Just an overall joke. Hard workers are considered “goody two shoes” and the ones that slack off and hide bs for the company get praised and rewarded.
