Great suggestion on the individual 1x1's. We have some team members that do that, but we will look into the feasibility of increasing that.

Lives up to the hype Executives have real values and principles and use them to guide the company/do things in the company's best interest Best place I've ever worked Co-workers are smart and dedicated without being overbearingly enthusiastic/people genuinely enjoy working here Great perks, like a fully stocked breakroom and weekly snacks Co-workers and managers want to help each other and not get bogged down in ego trips or stuck in ruts of "that's how it has always been done" Management cares - gave us time off on Employee Appreciation day just to be nice or let us all work from home during the busiest parts of SXSW because they are tuned in to what employees are really going through Unlimited PTO and flexible WFH schedule I definitely have it better than most of my friends regarding the level of respect I am given by management individually and as part of my team

Cons

The pay is decent. The raises are tiny. That being said, management cares about the prgress of my career, putting in lots of time to help me develop towards any professional goal I choose. The raises are just tiny. If everything else wasn't so good, I might be more upset, but this really is a company that does things right, is honest and transparent and tries to find the right balance between providing perks for employees and giving them pay raises. The raises just seem to be the thing they have to sacrifice to be awesome at everything else.

Passionate company - smart and diverse culture - lots of amenities - food trucks! - gym membership - great location - flexible schedule - always good food around

Cons

Paper thin walls - lots of disparate applications - high soda pop price - no junk food
